Recently, similar to other business areas, in shipbuilding and repair, there is a great competition in-land and internationally. Notwithstanding low costs, great expectations are also for the highest quality and earliest deliveries and consistency of production depends on the satisfaction of the client. Selah Shipyard takes ‘consistent development’ seriously by following up-to-date technology. Thus all departments are strictly stuck by the IMS (Integrated Management System) directives.

The IMS policy is based on; not conceding from the quality, increasing the efficiency, providing profit in investments as the first goal of the company, avoiding or at least minimizing the re-work and preventing of all professional illnesses, accidents, loss and environmental pollution by applying all the related laws, regulations and standards regarding the environment, work safety and workers’ health.

All departments will arrange their activities accordingly.
